this one is a personal favorite of mine, because I had such great success using this to relieve my pcos, endometriosis and Adenomyosis symptom! 
brewed as a tea I would drink 1-2 cups when symptoms first appeared and within the hr I would have lasting relief. If your suffering from chronic pain cramps and heavy bleeding you actually NEED this. I cannot recommend it enough.
