Fresh organic homegrown chamomile bunch flowers

Generous bunch of chamomile perfect for a relaxing cup of tea, or mix it with your favorite hot chocolate for a night time treat ! 
I like to use 2 teaspoons of chamomile ( dried) per cup of hot water and allow to steep for 5 mins. 

chamomile treats a variety of ailments including digestive issues, colic, muscle aches, insomnia, conjunctivitis, asthma, cough, congestion, allergies and eczema just to name a few. 

people with a daisy ( asteraceae allergy ) should not take chamomile.
