Organic Chopped Dried Lambsquarters (90g)

Organically grown, hand harvested, chopped, and carefully dried to preserve its natural colour and quality, lambsquarters (Chenopodium album) is a versatile leafy green that has been enjoyed as a wild food for generations.

Often referred to as “wild spinach,” lambsquarters have a mild, earthy flavour and are ready to use in soups, stews, casseroles, pasta dishes, smoothies, or rehydrated and used much like spinach. The chopped leaves can also be brewed as a nourishing herbal tea.

Prepared in small batches and packaged by hand here in East Gippsland.
